We are committed to providing a high-quality language learning experience. If you are not satisfied with our classes, we offer the following refund policy to ensure your peace of mind:

1. Trial Period and Refunds

• If your course includes a trial period, you may request a full refund within the first 3 days after your initial purchase if you decide not to continue. Requests made beyond this trial period are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds for Prepaid Classes or Packages

• For prepaid classes or packages, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis for unused classes, minus any applicable administrative fees. Please note that discounted packages may not qualify for a full per-class rate refund.

3. One-on-One Lessons

• Cancellations for individual one-on-one lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a reschedule or refund. Missed classes or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Group Classes

• Refunds for group classes are limited due to the nature of scheduling and participation. No refunds will be issued for missed classes, but you may be able to attend a makeup session if available.

5. Technical Issues

• If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from attending a session, please contact us within 1 hour of the scheduled class for assistance or to arrange a makeup session.

6. Cancellation of Classes by Us

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class, you will have the option to reschedule, receive credit toward another class, or request a full refund for that session.

7. Non-Refundable Fees

• Please note that certain administrative fees, processing fees, or third-party charges are non-refundable.

To request a refund, please email tommy@explorevietnam.ca with your full name, class details, and reason for your request. Refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days.

1. More than 24 hours before the lesson starts it's possible to reschedule when the student and the teacher agree.

2. More than 24 hours before the lesson starts, it is possible for either side to cancel the lesson.

3. Within 24 hours of the lesson start time: It's not possible to reschedule or cancel before the lesson starts time.
