Hi, I’m the creator behind Sticker Teacher—a Vietnamese language coach, travel consultant, and game-loving educator with a passion for turning learning into something truly unforgettable.

 

I’ve spent nearly a decade helping people around the world learn Vietnamese, one-on-one. My specialty lies in teaching the Southern Vietnamese dialect, along with cultural insights and practical travel coaching. Whether you’re preparing for a trip to Vietnam, reconnecting with your roots, or just fascinated by the language, I tailor each lesson to make sure it’s relevant, fun, and full of real-life value.

 

I hold a degree in Teaching and Translation from a respected university in Saigon, Vietnam, and completed a Tourism and Eco-Adventure course in Canada. In 2021, I was proud to be named a Tourism Ambassador and featured in Travel Courier magazine—a recognition that still feels surreal.

 

But before all of this, my journey started in a very different way…

 

When I was 13, I fell head over heels for drawing and game design. I spent hours creating elaborate fantasy board games, complete with characters, costumes, weapons, and upgradeable items. One of my proudest creations was called “Thuật Chiến Cấp” (a fantasy RPG), which became a local sensation. Kids from the neighborhood would gather at my house, totally hooked—some even skipped meals and snuck out just to play. At the height of it, my house felt more like a chaotic arcade than a home. My sister, overwhelmed by the noise, often had to kick everyone out!

 

I ran my own mini-business empire back then—designing, managing, and selling characters, accessories, and custom upgrades using cardboard, glue, and secretly borrowed scissors (sorry sis! now she's a nun). I didn’t realize it at the time, but I was already tapping into my entrepreneurial spirit.

 

At 17, I pressed pause on those creative passions to focus on school. Sadly, many of my drawings and board games were thrown away during a house clean-up. But the spark never really left me. Now, more than a decade later, I’ve returned to that energy—with even more purpose.

 

Today, I use that same creativity to build playful learning tools and digital games that make Vietnamese not just easier to learn, but more joyful. Language is more than memorization—it’s connection, culture, and experience. And I believe learning should feel like an adventure, not a chore.

 

During the pandemic, I launched my YouTube channel, Sticker Teacher, to share tips, cultural stories, and effective strategies for learning Vietnamese. Along the way, I discovered a powerful truth: learning a new language isn’t rocket science—you just need the right teacher and a method that clicks.

 

Here’s my golden rule: repetition is magic—but only when it’s done with fun and intention. I don’t just ask learners to repeat—I model it, do it with them, and build in quirky games that match each topic. I make sure every session feels less like a class and more like a good conversation with a dash of play.
